Fee accounting
Fees change place — launchpad, creator wallet, Food Fund — but never get counted twice. Here is every step and the math between them.

available = received by the fund − reimbursed
A fee moves from the launchpad to the creator wallet to the Food Fund. Moving between steps never changes the lifetime total.
The Food Fund number is USDC that actually arrived — not the value of fees that might be claimed later.
If a source is down you see the last known value with its timestamp — never a made-up or zero balance.

Receipts are in ₽, unedited. Converted to $ at the CBR rate on the day of purchase — same method, every time.
